Jo Paggi is a dual New Zealand Registered Dietitian and Australian Accredited Practicing Dietitian. She has over a decade of experience as a Dietitian in New Zealand and Australia, working across a range of clinical areas in both hospitals and the community setting.
In the past several years, Jo has developed an interest and passion for women’s health nutrition, including pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause and PCOS. She has previously worked as an Advanced Women’s Health Dietitian at Christchurch Hospital.
She has a practical approach to nutrition and will work with you to understand your unique needs and how to translate the nutrition science into achievable and actionable goals.
