Dr. Amanda Peacock is a New Zealand-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Intus. With local and international fellowship experience, she offers expertise in skin cancer, hand, breast, and facial aesthetic surgery, alongside a special interest in head and neck reconstruction. Her patient-focused approach combines technical precision with compassion and care.

After graduating from Otago University Medical School in 2010, Dr. Peacock trained in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, achieving Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2022. She undertook research in breast cancer stem cells at Gillies McIndoe Research Institute and completed aesthetic fellowships in South Africa and Canada. Returning to Dunedin, she joined Dunedin Public Hospital, drawn to its teaching opportunities, broad reconstructive surgery cases & family-friendly lifestyle.
