Canadian-born and New Zealand-based since 2002, I love the outdoors, gardening, and cooking - simple joys that ground my work in health and wellbeing.
I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to dietetic care, with a strong focus on improving quality of life through personalised nutrition.
My work is grounded in current research, and I’m widely published with international collaborations. I enjoy working with complex cases and value the connection I build with each patient.
