Nicky is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian. Since completing dietetic training in 2003, Nicky has worked in a variety of public and private healthcare settings around NZ. She worked for 10 years as a rural generalist dietitian based at Dunstan and Queenstown hospitals and is experienced in working with people of all ages with a wide range of health conditions.
In recent years, Nicky has become particularly interested in gastrointestinal conditions and in 2021 she completed a Master of Health Sciences thesis researching the Dietetic care of people with Inflammatory Bowel Disease in NZ.
Nicky is a published author in medical journals including Nutrition and Dietetics, Journal of Crohn’s and Colitis, Journal of Primary Health Care. Read the article here.
